Ingredients
- 2 Bananas smashed
- 5-6 drops yellow food color
- 3 cups Ap flour sifted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 6 eggs room temp
- 3 sticks unsalted butter room temp
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp almond extract
GLAZE
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp banana extract
crunch for top
- 1 cup pecans chopped finely
- 3 cups vanilla wafers crushed
- 1/3 cup granola
Instructions
- preheat oven to 325
- in a small bowl mash the banana and add the drops of food coloring until it reaches the color yellow you desire.
- mix in the eggs and heavy cream together light whisk. the yolks do not have to break.
- in a large bowl with a stand mixer beat the butter and cream cheese on medium speed, then gradually add in the 3 cups of sugar beat until light and fluffy.

- while the mixer on low add the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients to your butter and cream cheese mixture alternating from dry to wet.end with dry
- add in the extracts and mix for another 30 seconds
- next pour half of the batter in your prepared bundt pan then add your mashed banana mixture on top using a toothpick to make swirls. then pour the remaining batter on top. tap your pan lightly on counter.
- bake for and 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. take out allow cake to cool.

- mix together heavy cream and powdered sugar and banana extract whisk until fully combined
✨CRUNCH💋
- add in your chopped pecans and crushed vanilla wafers and granola into a bowl and mix together. and top to cake.
