🥜🎀✨🧿🍪Peanut Butter Reese's Cookies 🥜🎀✨🧿🍪
Ingredients
- 1 Stick of unsalted butter room temp
- 4 (2 cup )packs of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Candy should be about 1/2 cup Chopped
- 1 cup Dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 1 1/2 cup Ap Flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Place the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Candy in the freezer for about 30 minutes. remove from freezer and do a rough chop. want to chop them up while cold will be an easier chop. place chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Candy in bowl place back in freezer. while you make the cookie dough.
- in a large bowl using a hand mixer cream together peanut butter, Butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar, until light and fluffy.
- Beat the eggs in one egg at time. add in the vanilla extract.
- in a separate bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- slowly add the the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixing until the dough forms.
- remove the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Candy from the freezer and add about a handful of candy to the dough. and fold the pieces of candy into the dough. until full incorporated. ( save enough candy to add on top the cookies.) optional
- scoop out the dough and place them on baking sheet about 3 inches apart. lightly press down on cookie dough using your palm .
- place cookies in oven for about 7-10 minuted until the edges are golden brown but the center is still soft. remove cookies for oven add the remaining chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
