Ingredients

1/2 cup mayo love kewpie mayo
2 tbsp mustard Country Dijon Coarse Ground Mustard
1 tbsp Horseradish
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
fresh parsley chopped or dried parsley 1tsp
2 tsp cajun seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

in a bowl whisk all the ingredients together and serve 🙂 or put in refrigerator,

Because regular pasta night? Oh no baby… we’re baking giant paccheri noodles stuffed with rich meat sauce, creamy cheese, and layers of flavorrrrr 😮‍💨🔥

I love turning simple dinners into something FUN, cozy, and over the top delicious for my family 💋✨ baked until bubbly, cheesy, golden, and absolutely loaded with flavor. This is the kind of meal that makes everybody go back for seconds 🍝💕✨

🍍🍤✨Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice✨🍤🍍
Sweet, savory, smoky, with a little kickkkk 😮‍💨💅🏾 this tastes like takeout but BETTER and made right at home in your skillet🔥

✨Ingredients:

* 3 cups cooked jasmine rice (cold rice works best)
* 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
* 2 tbsp oil
* 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp shrimp paste
* 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
* 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
* 1 tbsp fish sauce
* 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
* 1 tsp sesame oil
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
* 1/4 cup crushed cashews
* Optional: diced red bell pepper, peas, or green onion 💕

✨Directions:
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the oil. Toss in the fresh garlic and shrimp paste, stirring together for about 1 minute until fragrant and savory 😮‍💨✨

Add the shrimp and cook for about 2–3 minutes until they JUST start turning pink. Don’t overcook them because this dish cooks quickly once the rice goes in 💅🏾

Add the pineapple chunks and sauté for another 1–2 minutes so they caramelize slightly and get those delicious golden edges 🍍🔥

Mix in the cold jasmine rice and break it apart in the skillet.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, fish sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Stir everything together until every grain is coated in all that glossy flavorful goodness 😮‍💨✨

Season with black pepper and garlic powder.

Push the rice to one side of the skillet and crack in the eggs. Scramble them first, then mix them into the fried rice.

Finish with sesame oil, cilantro, and crushed cashews right before serving 💋✨

Cold leftover rice gives you that perfect fried rice texture without getting mushy — and charring the pineapple first takes this dish to another level 🍍🔥
