- In a large bowl, add the cut salmon in a bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade. cover place in fridge let sit for about 2-3 hours the longer the better overnight is recommended always.
- start to make the card salad cut the crab meat place into a bowl add the mayo and mix and set aside until time to build the bowl. I recommend seasoning with salt and pepper 🙂
- Use a nonstick skillet and add avocado oil and place the salmon pieces in the skillet until it's completely finished. in the same skillet add the frozen edamame cook according to package directions.
- Assemble your bowls with cooked rice. Add the salmon, diced avocado, sliced cucumber, and cooked edamame and crab salad top with spicy mayo and enjoy.
Notes
you can remove the skin from the salmon. or keep it 🙂 I always keep my skin because you can fry it up add a crispy element to your dishes
If you do not have avocado oil, Olive oil works just fine.
basmati rice works well to 🙂 you can substitute toppings Instead of crab try shrimp 🙂
