Creamy Lobster butter sauce

Lobster Lemon Butter Sauce

So I love an easy sauce, You can serve it on almost anything! This sauce is super easy to make and you can serve it with your favorite pasta and Rice. Or honestly thicken it up and dip with your favorite bread crostini is my favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 pieces Lobster tails I enjoy Lots of lobster tails in my sauce you can add however many you want.
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Kerrygold is my favorite
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup white cooking wine
  • 1/3 cup red cooking wine
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 lemons cut in slices you will use the lemons for garnish and also for lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp old bay
  • 1 tbsp salmon seasoning
  • 2 tsp crushed red peppers
  • Parsley for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • clean lobster tails and cut into bite size pieces
  • using one of your lemons cut in half and squeeze lemon juice from half of lemon on lobster tails
  • Add seasonings to lobster tails except the crushed red peppers
  • Melt the Butter in a skillet saute , Garlic and Chili Flakes until soft
  • Add the White Wine and red wine – simmer until reduced –add the Cream and simmer for another 3 minutes
  • Add in the seasoned lobster tails let simmer for another 5 minutes. until lobster meat is cooked
  • squeeze in other half of lemon and season with salt pepper or more seasonings of your choice.
  • add parsley for garnish

Notes

  4. Melt the Butter in a  skillet  sauté the Onion, 
  5. Add the White Wine and red wine  – simmer until reduced   then Cream and simmer 2 – 3 minutes
  6. Add lobster meat to sauce let simmer for 5 minutes season to taste with Salt and Black Pepper – stir add Lemon Juice and Parsley
  7. Serve immediately
to thicken sauce add cornstarch and if you have seafood stock you can add that to get the sauce to the consitancy of your choice. you can enjoy this sauce with rice or pasta or use bread as a nice dip!
