BlueBerry & Peaches Cobbler Crisp
This Recipe is extremely delicious and I want everyone to try it super simple and something you can bake really quick for guest if you are entertaining.
Blueberry and Peach Cobbler Crisp
I love and easy summertime dessert that my kids can help make, who doesn't love a crispy warm and gooey cobbler?
Ingredients
- 4 cups Blueberry I used frozen blueberries
- 2 150z Can of peaches drain the juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1 lemon lemon juice squeezed
Topping
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 silvered Almonds
- 2 sticks salted butter sliced
Instructions
- preheat the oven to 375°F.
- add blueberries to a deep round or square baking dish top with lemon juice
- then pour the can of peaches on top drain the juice from the peaches before adding them into the baking dish. then add the sugar and agave and mix slightly mix with a spatula
- add the cake mix, oatmeal, and the slivered almonds to a bowl and give it a whisk to combine everything evenly and add to baking dish on top of fruit disperse evenly.
- bake for 40 minutes or until you notice a nice brown crispy top and the blueberries are bubbling
- serve warm and top it off with some ice cream
Notes
You can also add 1/4 of a cub of brown sugar to the topping mixture to add a little more crunch and sweetness.
