✨🥚Crawfish Deviled Eggs ✨🥚

Ingredients
  

  • 1 dozen eggs boiled
  • 2 12oz packs of frozen crawfish tails
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crab boil
  • old bay seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped finely seperated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard used dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • heat the crawfish tails in pan add in butter and cayenne pepper also crab boil, and some of the cilantro cook until the crawfish is nice and flagrant. set to side. let cool
  • slice the boiled eggs in half remove the yolks place them in a bowl . place egg whites to a plate and set aside. to the bowl with the yolks add mayo, hot sauce relish, old bay seasoning and mustard garlic powder salt & black pepper and mix until creamy.. make sure you taste and adjust seasoning
  • fill each white with mixture and top with crawfish meat top with cilantro and paprika. and enjoy!

Notes

the crawfish meat is already pre-cooked and frozen so you are just heating it up. drain the butter from the crawfish once the meat is cooked and you can add a tsp of that into the egg yolk mixture for a better taste. 
remember to taste as you go and modify the seasonings 🙂 to your liking if you do not like spice do not add the cayenne pepper.
