Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tsp poultry seasning

STICKY PEACH SAUCE

  • 1 cup Peach juice (from canned peaches)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar light
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter salted
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water( slurry) for thicker glaze
  • 1/2 tsp fresh Ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.💋🎀
  • Pat wings dry. Season pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper,poultry seasning ✨ Toss with olive oil and arrange wings in a single layer.
  • Bake wings for 25–30 minutes until they begin to turn golden and crispy.remove from oven
  • Brush wings and peaches generously with peach juice Return pan to oven and bake for another 12–15 minutes,

PEACH GLAZE🍑✨

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach juice, brown sugar, honey,soy sauce🍑butter🍑garlic🍑apple cider vinegar🍑ginger✨
  • Simmer for 10–12 minutes, on medium whisking often, until thick and glossy.For extra thickness, reduce once sauce thickens. if sauce isn't thick enough.. stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 more minutes.
  • Remove wings from oven, brushing with glaze halfway through, until wings are sticky and caramelized and peaches are tender and golden.
  • Transfer wings and peaches to a platter. Spoon extra glaze over the top and garnish with red pepper flakes fresh herbs if desired.

(15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice for glaze)
For that perfectly sticky peach glaze, make a quick slurry to thicken your sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together:
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
Whisk until smooth with no lumps. Slowly stir the slurry into your simmering peach glaze and cook for 1–2 minutes until thick, glossy, and ready to coat your wings and peaches beautifully. optional if sauce is too runny
