Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 stick butter salted
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 3-5 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- red pepper flakes
- olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray lightly with cooking spray
- pat the wings completely dry This is important for crispy skin remove as much moisture as possible.Toss wings pepper , salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, and pepper red pepper flakes.
- Place wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake 20 minutes. Flip the wings .Bake another 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.broil for 3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- After wings are done baking and crispy, in a large skillet over medium heat add butter minced garlic add remaining dry seasoning add salt and pepper for taste.
- Stir everything together until combined,Add the hot crispy wings into the skillet and toss gently until fully coated in the garlic butter mixture.Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and red. pepper flakes before serving.
