Honey Butter Rolls
These Rolls are simply Delicious and fLUFFLY AND SIMPLY BUTTERY AND SWEET.
FLUFFY HONEY BUTTER ROLLS
Not saying don't buy Hawaiin rolls ever again because who feels like baking everyday? But I will say When you want to add a little more love to a dish make these honey butter rolls from scratch they are so good! Soft and fluffy and worth every minute you spend in the kitchen. Cook with Love and you can't fail.
Equipment
- 1 kitchenaid Mixer
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 1/2 cup Warm Whole milk
- 1 tbsp yeast packet of instant yeast
- 1 Egg Large
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Cups Bread Flour
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375
- In a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment add 3 cups of flour, yeast, honey salt, warm milk, butter, and egg in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- turn the mixer on to the lowest speed and mix until flour is completely mixed in scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary. you are then. going to add in the last cup of Flour and Vanilla
- The dough should be slightly sticky and soft and pulling away from the edge of the bowl. place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel Let rise for about an hour at room temp
- Remove the towel deflate the dough by punching down lightly. Pinch off pieces of the dough and Form the rolls. You can weigh them if you want to exact but I just eyeball it 🙂 want the rolls close to the same size. Transfer the rolls to a lightly greased baking dish. Cover with a towel and let rise for additional 30 Minutes.
- Bake the rolls for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown Depending on your oven.Remove rolls and brush hot rolls with the melted butter. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
If you are using instant yeast add Yeast to warm milk and let set for about 10 minutes the yeast will begin to form and bubble up a little.
I made honey butter by melting butter and adding honey and added as soon as they came out of the oven.
