These are so delicious and super easy to make perfect for on the go! These took less than 20 minutes to make so easy and delicious.

Strawberry French Toast Rolls

So I had a request to make this recipe, my friend slaved all day reorganizing my garage with me! wanted something sweet but filling… This was 10s across the board but it was super easy to make and also its Like the perfect Brunch recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of white bread
  • 7.5 oz Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread I used Philadelphia (make sure room temp)
  • 1 lb strawberries diced
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar for dipping
  • 3 tbsp vanilla extract going to divide
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milk optional
  • 4 tbsp granulated Sugar for strawberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Roll each slice of bread with a rolling pin and trim off the crust with a knife set aside
  • In a bowl add in room temp cream cheese spread and powdered sugar and 1tbsp of vanilla and mix until well combined.
  • in another bowl add in the diced strawberries and tbsp of sugar mix well
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice of prepared bread along with the diced strawberries
  • gently roll the bread slices together close.
  • Whisk eggs, milk and 2tbsp vanilla 1/3 sugar and cinnamon mix together.
  • Dredge prepared bread rolls through the egg mixture, over medium heat Add rolls to pan, seam side down to start and cook until golden brown.
  • remove from heat and dust with powdered sugar and also strawberries and enjoy.

Notes

you can also dredge the rolls in cinnamon sugar mixture after until cooking in pan.ย 
you can eat these also with syrup and honey. enjoy!
