Sweetheart Banana Bread
Am I the only one who buys bananas and forget to use them? They will sit old my counter and when they start changing colors I then remember I Have them! So why not utilize the old bananas and make some bread… Because Who doesn't love Moist Banana Bread? this is so delicious and my kids ate it so a win Is A win!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks butter make sure you melt the butter
- 3/4 cup sugar granulated
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 bananas really ripe bananas
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- preheat oven to 350
- grease your heart pan make sure all crevices are fully greased
- add Flour,Baking soda, and also salt in a large bowl.
- in another mixing bowl add in over ripe bananas and sugar and mix with hand mixture for about 2 minutes until it reaches a light color or looks more fluff
- add in melted butter, eggs, vanilla and the cinnamon to the banana mixture and beat again until the eggs are fully incorporated. do not over mix.
- pour the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and fold with spatula once fully mixed add in half of the walnuts.
- pour batter into pan and sprinkle the other half of chopped walnuts to top.
- bake for an one hour and 10 minutes let cool and enjoy.
Notes
you can use any loaf pan you want to cook your banana bread in.ย
add in strawberries to give it more of a “valentine” lookย
