🐟✨🧿Oven Baked Crispy Fish Tacos 🐟✨🧿

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Steelhead Trout Fillet You can substitute for Cod or Salmon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil to drizzle over fish
  • 1 Cup Japanese style panic bread crumbs
  • 1 Cup Ap flour
  • 2 large eggs whisk
  • 1 tbsp Old bay
  • 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp cajun seasoning
  • add salt and pepper to

Toppings *Optional*

  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • onions
  • salsa
  • chopped mangos
  • limes
  • sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350* Degrease
  • Pat dry your fish and Cut up your fish into small Bite size pieces
  • Set up your dredge station. Add your dry seasonings to each "dry"station, so add old bay/ Garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, Smoked paprika to flour and Panko bread crumbs mix well.
  • Dip your fish into the flour than the egg and completely coat with panko mixture and put it on a sheet tray.
  • drizzle oil on top of panko covered fish pieces. put in oven for 15 minutes turning the pieces over letting them cook fully. once the fish is done it will be able to break apart with a fork. also the panko crust will turn a nice brown color.
  • warm your tortillas and begin to build your tacos. and squeeze lime on top and enjoy.

TIPS
Spray you baking sheet with cooking spray before adding pieces of fish to it.
Use whatever fish you have I have made these with salmon and also Cod and it still taste amazing.
Season to your liking. Adjust add and take away any seasonings you like. 
Limessss Make sure you squeeze lime over your tacos it taste so much better.
