Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 LB Ground Beef
  • 1 Packet of Onion Soup Mix used know
  • 2 Large Purple onions thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce half for burgers and half for onions
  • 2 tbsp Red wine
  • Fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • provolone cheese
  • Burger buns
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper,
  • mayo
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • crispy fried onions used Frenchs brand

Garlic butter

  • 1 tsp fresh garlic diced
  • thyme
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • in a large bowl Mix the ground beef with the Onion Soup Mix with dry seasonings, and add 1TBSP of worcestershire sauce, and Red wine Shape into burger patties. cover and place in fridge for 30 min
  • in a bowl add softened butter fresh Garlic and thyme and onion powder and Mix together. butter the buns and cook the buns in a non-stick skillet until nice and toasted brown. set aside until ready to build burger
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on the first side. Flip the patties, press down and reduce the heat to medium, add cheese to each patty. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • remove from skillet in same skillet add butter and onions let butter melt and add in the remaining red wine, Worcestershire sauce and beef broth.cover the skillet and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until the onions are softened. Remove the lid and continue cooking, stirring frequently, Once the onions are soft and golden brown about 20-minutes and the liquid evaporates. add about 1tbsp of beef broth and remove from skillet so the onions will be juicy.top to burgers
  • build the burgers using mayo and adding fresh thyme. and crispy onions and enjoy.

Notes

✨🧿💋FANCY TIP✨🧿💋

Use any seasonings you prefer for your burgers. 
Also add another slice of cheese to the cooked burgers and place under the broiler melt the cheese once the onions are done and build the burger immediately,
Top the fresh thyme to the burgers.
