White Chocolate macadamia Nut Brownies
White Chocolate Macadamia nut cookies are my absolute favorite cookie of all time. Its better than a chocolate chip cookie to me! But not better than a classic sugar cookie, y'all know what I'm a cookie lover, connoisseur if you may! I love cookies. I wanted to turn my favorite cookie into a brownie and OMG! It was so delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 4.4 oz white chocolate bars I use Lindt white chocolate
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolk
- 1 ¼ cups granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour,
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts half for inside batter other half to sprinkle on top.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. line the pan with parchment paper spray with cooking spray.
- chop up the chocolate bars and Melt the butter and the chopped white chocolate together in a double boiler over medium heat.
- add the eggs, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla to a large bowl and use an electronic whisk together until smooth
- Pour in the white chocolate mixture and whisk until combined and smooth.
- Fold the flour and half of the macadamia nuts into the wet ingredients with a rubber spatula just until combined. add the pinch of salt
- Pour the white chocolate brownie batter into the prepared pan top with the remaining nuts
- Bake the brownies for 29-33 minutes. Then let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack
- cut and enjoy!
Notes
I got an extra white chocolate bar to shave some chocolate over the brownies. give it a little extra sparkle! These are so good you can make these for any holiday and add sprinkles.
