The Best Pumpkin Pie Ever

THE BEST PUMPKIN PIE EVER

Fall time is my favorite and there is nothing like a Pumpkin Pie for the Season! I swear I can eat pumpkin pie all year long. So easy to make and super delicious 🎃🍂

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15oz Can Pure pumpkin do not use pumpkin pix mix
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 12oz evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • whip cream for topping
  • 1 9 inch deep pie dish I used Marie colanders frozen

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 400F
  • In a large mixing bowl add eggs and give a slight whisk, then add in can pumpkin, spices and sugar mix until well combined.
  • Add in the evaporated milk slowly , continue to mix slowly until milk is completely combined.
  • Pour into pie dish. Bake in oven for 20 minutes on 400 then drop oven to 350 and bake for 40 minutes. Cook until the pie has a slight jiggle. And remove from oven and let cool for an hour.
  • Serve with whip cream and top with pumpkin pie spice.
