THE BEST PUMPKIN PIE EVER
Fall time is my favorite and there is nothing like a Pumpkin Pie for the Season! I swear I can eat pumpkin pie all year long. So easy to make and super delicious 🎃🍂
- 1 15oz Can Pure pumpkin do not use pumpkin pix mix
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 12oz evaporated milk
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- whip cream for topping
- 1 9 inch deep pie dish I used Marie colanders frozen
preheat oven to 400F
In a large mixing bowl add eggs and give a slight whisk, then add in can pumpkin, spices and sugar mix until well combined.
Add in the evaporated milk slowly , continue to mix slowly until milk is completely combined.
Pour into pie dish. Bake in oven for 20 minutes on 400 then drop oven to 350 and bake for 40 minutes. Cook until the pie has a slight jiggle. And remove from oven and let cool for an hour.
Serve with whip cream and top with pumpkin pie spice.
