APPLE PIE POUND CAKE

YUMMMMMMM! THIS IS IT! This apple pie pound cake is moist and Just the right amount of sweetness and you will absolutely love this

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  unsalted butter   softened
  • 1 1/2 cups  white sugar
  • 2 cups apples pealed and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice seasoning
  • 3 Large eggs room temp
  • 3 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Cake Flour
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar for the apples
  • 1/2 tsp pound cake extract

icing

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 oz Creme cheese soften
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Grease bunt pan so the cake doesn't stick
  • in a small bowl add the diced apples and the 1/3cup of sugar mix together. set aside
  • In a stand mixer on medium speed, beat butter until light in color. Gradually add in the sugar and cinnamon until light and fluffy.
  • On low, add eggs one at a time.
  • whisk together the flour and the apple pie spice in a bowl, then Gradually add flour and milk alternating until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract & Pound cake extract
  • Fold in apples....Pour batter into bundt pan and Bake 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • dust with powder sugar or make glaze and top with extra apples if you have any,

Notes

Hello y'all this cake is amazing if you have a loaf pan then you can slice it like bread.
Also if you do not have pound cake extract that is completely fine.
I would say drizzle the glaze over each individual piece of cake.
