I love Breakfast food its easy simple and effective. These are yummy for my tummy and you can make these ahead of time for meal-prep purposes :) its really so delicious!
8turkey bacon chopped you can use regular pork bacon
softened Chive & Onion Cream Cheese used Philadelphia brand
smoked gouda cheese sliced cheddar is much better :)
2cupscooked breakfast potatoes I used frozen pre-made breakfast potatoes in the freezer section
Instructions
preheat oven to 350* spray your baking sheet with non stick cooking spray
separate the top and bottom parts of the bagels and add cream cheese to to bottom bagel and lay them upright.in the baking dish!
next add the sliced cheese evenly disperse the potatoes to each bagel, and egg you are going to get a cheese grater and "shave" the eggs on the bun top with turkey bacon & sliced cheese add the top bun brush with butter.*optional*
bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and enjoy!
Notes
The breakfast potatoes should be cooked before adding them on the bagel, but if they are not cook adjust cooking time to 30 minutes. you can use whatever protein you like add or takeaway! it will be delicious :)
