Instructions
In a large bowl add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & cinnamon grate the butter into the bowl. You can use a pastry blender or I like to use my hands
add in the eggs make sure to beat the eggs before incorporating them, also add in the butter milk and stir together it will become sticky. If the dough is to dry add in more buttermilk like 1/4 slowly mixing in between that should be good.
cover the bowl and put in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight if you want these for breakfast the next morning.
preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with Parchment paper
add flour to your work surface and your hands and roll the dough out and press it into a round circle and make sure its about 1/2 inch thick
use your flour cutter and begin cutting biscuits this should make about 15 or 20 biscuits using the butter mixture brush the biscuits and put them into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
while the biscuits are baking now cook your turkey sausage according to the directions on the package.
once the biscuits are done serve them warm add the sausage and top with more butter and enjoy!
Butter mixture
combine all ingredients into a sauce pan until its a nice consistency
taste the butter make sure its sweet and add more cinnamon and or sugar until you get the desired taste
add to a bowl and you can use this for topping.
Notes
