Fried Taco Rolls

These are so yummy! I like to dip, so being able to dip my tacos is my favorite thing in the world to do! And all you need are less than 10 Simple Ingredients get these tasty crunchy tacos. So delicious and these travel well too!

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey you can use ground beef!
2 packets taco seasoning used McCormick and hidden valley
1 160z can of Rotel
1 creme cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese any kind of shredded cheese will be okay
fajita Tortillas

Instructions

prepare the taco filling. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground turkey( beef) and cook until browned, mixing frequently. When the turkey has cooked throughly drain if grease occurs, Add the taco seasoning and 1 can of rotel and 3/4 cup of water to the pan with the turkey. Stir well. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat.
place meat in bowl and add cream cheese mix until fully incorporated then add in cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese iff you like a little spice. the meat mixture should be fully incorporated .
next start assembling the taco rolls, place at least two spoon fulls in the middle of the tortilla and roll them tightly and use toothpicks if needed to keep them together
place about 2-3 tacos in a hot skillet with oil to begin frying the tacos cook until golden brown.
remove them from oil place on paper towel and serve!

Notes

you can top the tacos with pico de Gallo and creme cheese and guacamole. These are great for parties you can make the tacos and have the bar filled with different types of dips for kids. These are easy for travel also the you are o a road trip prepare these the night before and fry in the am or put them in the air fryer and you have a friendly car snack! Either way these are so enjoyable and delicious and the less than 10 ingredients always is a huge sale point for me!
