Homemade Sprinkle Ice Cream Sandwiches

These are the sweetest and simplest ice cream sandwiches all you need is 3 ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1 480z breyers vanilla Ice cream you can use any brand of ice cream you want
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles
  • 1 pack Pillsbury sugar cookies

Instructions
 

  • line a square baking dish with parchment paper, and empty ice cream into dish spreading evenly place in freezer
  • cook the cookies according to package, you can bake however many you want depending on how many children or adults you are trying to feed
  • once the ice cream has harden use a cookie cutter and cut out molds of ice cream and place back in freezer
  • let the cookies cool and roll ice cream around in sprinkles
  • assemble and you can place back in freezer if ice cream has melted or you can enjoy
