Perfect creamy Alfredo

Pasta lover is me! I have an obsession with anything that I can swirl around on my fork :) Pasta is just a food that no matter what can make anyone happy! This creamy Alfredo dish does the trick its Idiot proof so anyone can make it:

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Fettuccini Pasta
  • 2 large egg yolk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped garlic you can always add more garlic
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano reggiano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl add egg yolk and heavy cream and whisk together and set aside.
  • Bring a Large Pot of water to boil make sure you add in salt and about 2tbsp of olive oil. Add in pasta cook according to package directions:)
  • In a pan over medium heat add in your butter and garlic and sauté until Fragrant.Slowly add in heavy cream and egg mixture whisking continuously, turn heat down. add salt & pepper to taste
  • once the sauce starts to thicken add in pasta noodles, save about 1/2 cup of pasta water to thin out the sauce.
  • Evenly toss the noodles into the sauce mixture add in parmigiana reggiano and more fresh ground black pepper. top with cilantro and serve!
