Pumpkin spice Cinnamon Roll Casserole

This Fall breakfast treat is yummy and a perfect dish that you just put in the oven and go.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Of pumpkin spice rolls Pillsbury grands
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • in a medium bowel add in pumpkin puree and heavy cream, mix together and in cinnamon and nutmeg set aside.
  • in a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar and vanilla extract over medium heat. Once melted, add to the bowl with the heavy cream mixture
  • cut up the cinnamon rolls add them to the baking dish topping them with pecans and pour the heavy cream mixture over the cut up cinnamon rolls
  • Bake cinnamon rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and most of the liquid is absorbed. remove from oven drizzle icing on top. and add pecans to it! and enjoy!
  • you can top with whip cream and sprinkle pumpkin spice seasoning on top!

These are so delicious and fun to make, Baking times may differ based on ovens.
