Shredded Rotisserie Mini Chicken Tacos

These are perfect for Taco Tuesday! I only Used 5 ingredients and these turned out amazing, Perfect for meal for back to school.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken
  • 2 packets McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix - Southwest Ranch Chicken
  • 1 24oz Mild Chunky Salsa you can use Tostitos
  • 3 cups White cheddar cheese
  • 1 pack street tacos tortillas

Instructions
 

  • break the rotisserie chicken apart remove skin, add to a medium bowl shred the chicken either with your hands or hand mixer.
  • Add in the seasoning, salsa and cheese to the chicken combine altogether!
  • Fill the tortillas with the chicken mixture until all of the mixture is used.
  • in a large pan over medium-high heat add about 3 tbsp of oil add the filled tortillas to the pan cook until golden brown on both sides & cheese is melted.
  • remove from pan place on wire rack to cool serve with sour cream and more salsa and enjoy!
