I love Steak and potatoes :) But since I do not eat red meat I had to adjust the dish a little. The Perfect Comfort Food for those Fall Nights and all you need is one pan! Plus it's sooo delicious I hope y'all enjoy this recipe as much as I enjoyed making it!
1/4cupbutterdivide the butter half for potatoes and half for "steak" Bites
2tbspolive oil
5Garlic cloves minced
2tspsea salt
3tspgarlic powder
1tsporegano
1tspdried thyme
1tspdried chives
1tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Heat a large Pan Over medium Heat and in the butter and Olive oil
Once the butter is melted add in the diced potatoes and dry seasonings listed above. cook potatoes until they are golden brown and tender remove them from the Pan.
Add in 2 tbsp of butter back to the pan to the vegan steak bites into the same pan and add the minced fresh garlic to the steak also season with black pepper and salt to your LIKING!
Once the steak is done cooking add the potatoes back to the pan cook for another 5 minutes and drizzle about tbsp of olive oil and add fresh grated parmesan cheese & parsley and enjoy!
